us for a visit in this turn of the century home that
combines charm with present day comfort. We are located
in historic Lakeside at 310 Walnut, across from Hoover
Auditorium and just a short walk from the lake. Relax
in one of six newly renovated guest rooms, four with
cozy sitting rooms, all with full baths. Each morning,
enjoy a delicious breakfast in our sunlit dining room.

RENTAL
PROCEDURES FOR LAKESIDE COTTAGES
|
 Our
rental properties are rented by the week from 3 pm on
Saturday until 10 am the following Saturday. |
| All
cottages are non-smoking. |
| No
pets allowed. |
| A
security deposit to be paid upon date of reservation
and the deposit is not part of the rental. |
| Rental
prices do not include the Chautauqua Gate fees!! |
| Items
that renters are required to bring with them are: |
|
All
household linens (towels, wash cloths, dish towels,
sheets, pillowcases) |
|
Cleaning
supplies (dish detergent, cleansers, etc. used to clean
cottage) |
|
Paper
products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, paper
plates, etc.) |
| Cottage
owners provide housewares in the kitchen unless you
want to bring your favorite items. |
| Cottages
must be left clean to insure the return of your security
deposit. We can provide you with a list of cleaning
personnel, if you prefer. |
| Upon
departure, the renter is required to remove all garbage/trash
from the premises and take to the designated dumpsters
located at the top of the hill on the south end of Maple
Avenue. If all trash is not removed as required, a trash
removal fee will be deducted from the renter's Security
Deposit. |
| You
are welcome to come and see the cottages prior to renting. |
| Rental
Fees Subject To Change ! |
| Our
office hours are Monday through Saturday 9 am - 4
pm, and Sunday by appointment. |
