There is a full compliment of appliances in the kitchen with eating area, including a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Other cottage amenities include air conditioning ( 2 window units, one in the living room and one in back bedroom upstairs), baseboard heat in all rooms, 7 ceiling fans, open front porch with swing, cable hookup, lawn chairs, gas grill, picnic table bumper pool table, and children's games. Electronics include color TV, stereo and VCR.

Located near "Tennis on the Hill" and the Cherry Street Park. The cottage is available for rent between May 1 through October 31, except for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Partial week rentals are available. Parking for 2 cars.
For your convenience a cleaning fee of $100.00 will be added to the rental cost. Cleaner will clean upon your departure at 10:00 a.m.
Sleeping accommodations: bedroom down has 1 queen,first bedroom up has a single single bunk plus a double futon, second bedroom up has 2 singles, bedroom down has one queen. Double futon in the living room.
