Many years of leadership roles in the Upper Arlington schools and community, where she and her husband raised their four children, was the foundation to her management and organizational skills. Listening carefully to each client and learning about their real needs, fosters trust and is a key to her success. Candace has built her career all across Columbus and knows the growing city and various neighborhoods well.

Rounding out the team are Candace’s two daughters, Amber Scott and Mackenzie Skellan. Each of them brings their own skill set to the group. Prior to real estate, Amber had a very successful 15-year career in corporate retail. She knows the importance of working with contract deadlines and personal timelines on both sides of the deal. Amber gets things done quickly and efficiently, maintaining grace and style. Mackenzie’s attention to detail is essential to her success. She communicates well and often with each client to bring each deal to close. She is a problem solver and there is often a need for that! Mackenzie makes sure that our team brand and all our properties are uniquely marketed to the pubic using the best platform to do so.
