Norma Brownfield

Norma Brownfield, Director of Property Management, is a proven senior management executive with over 30 years of property management experience. Norma has considerable experience managing medical facilities, large commercial offices, and manufacturing/warehousing operation. Norma’s strong building operations experience and negotiating skills enable her to consistently control costs, meet project timelines and budgets without sacrificing quality. She is a well-rounded and service drivel leader. Some of Ms. Brownfield’s career highlights include management services for developers Duke Realty Investments, Vantage Companies and Equity Real Estate. She oversaw the day-to-day operations of 30 properties comprising of 2.4 million square feet of medical, office and retail space and was responsible for lease administration, tenant relations, contract negotiations, budgeting, collections and maintenance. Norms was Director of Facility Services for the Longaberger Company. She managed 3 million square feet, a staff of 31 managers, supervisors, and 200 hourly employees.
