Tom Dalcolma Biography

Tom Dalcolma's 25-year experience reaches all aspects of mixed-use real estate. He began his career in architecture and held a senior level sales position with Turner Construction Company of New York City. He was also a Senior Development Director on large scale mixed-use projects for the renowned Rouse Development Company in Columbia, Maryland. Locally, Tom was Vice President of Operations in charge of the development of the 500-acre Tuttle Crossing interchange development for the Edwards land Company. Tom is a Licensed Broker. He is an owner, investor, and general/limited partner in various real estate ventures. Tom received the 2005, 2006, and 2007 Ohio Association of Realtors President Sales Club Awards and has been a guest lecturer at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Tom is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Chairman of the City of Worthington Community Improvement Corporation. Tom graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Management degree with minors in Architecture and Economics. Tom is a US Army Veteran.
